LIVE WHAT YOU BELIEVE TRAILER
Need
80% of the world’s population lives with restrictions on freedom of religion and belief (FoRB). Limitations on people of faith (and no faith) is growing around the globe. This leads to lack of morale, unity and innovation. Human potential is lost when people don’t feel the freedom to bring their whole selves to work. Additionally, women and minorities suffer the most. It’s urgent we equip leaders to promote human rights and freedom of belief that can lead to thriving workplaces and communities.
Solution
LIVE WHAT YOU BELIEVE is an eCourse certified program to equip leaders and influencers to support human rights and religious freedom. The film based training modules focus on expert interviews and dramas that showcase how freedom of belief is essential for thriving communities. After completing the four part online training, participants receive a certificate they can share with their employers, networks and communities. Our hoped for outcome is to mobilize thousands of advocates, shifting the culture toward freedom of belief and conscious for all.

Other Resources
We conducted dozens of interviews with women’s rights advocates and religious freedom experts from around the world. Complementing these interviews, we interwove case studies and women’s personal stories about the benefits of religious freedom they shared in their workplace and community. We hope this LWYB Booklet stimulates rich conversations and fruitful advocacy efforts that shift the culture to support greater religious freedom worldwide.
